Returns & Exchanges

At Namesake, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
